Dove Award nominee and K-LOVE Fan Award-winning artist Emerson Day has teamed up with Integrity Music artist Warren Peay for a fresh new version of his debut single, “Gimme A Hallelujah,” available today. Originally released in January, the song takes on new life as the two artists blend their distinct, soulful vocals.

Rooted in the reminder that worship can shift our perspective even in life's most difficult moments, “Gimme A Hallelujah” encourages listeners to choose worship in every circumstance. The addition of Day brings a fresh dimension to the track, pairing two distinctive voices with a shared passion for music that points people toward hope. The new collaboration brings fresh energy to the song's uplifting message and invites the Church to lift its voice in praise.

“This song came from those moments when you feel run down and tired, when you're just living on faith and don't feel like you have much left to give,” shares Warren Peay. “But Scripture reminds us to continually rejoice, pray, and give thanks in every circumstance. Sometimes, stopping in the middle of whatever you're facing and choosing to praise God is enough to lift your spirit and completely change your perspective.”
For Peay, the song is more than an uplifting melody; it's a declaration of faith and an invitation for believers to come together in worship.
He adds, “I’m so grateful Emerson joined me on this song! She brings such a heart for God and an incredible performance to this version. My prayer is that this song becomes a rallying cry for the Church. I want people to lift their voices and worship God, not just for what He's done, but for who He is. No matter what we're walking through, there's always a reason to give Him praise.”

The new version of “Gimme A Hallelujah” is a timely reminder that even in seasons of uncertainty, there is power in choosing gratitude and giving God the glory.
