This shrimp dish will soon be your favorite!
Ingredients
- 1 pound cleaned shrimp
- 4 cloves chopped garlic
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
For the chimichurri sauce
- 1 c cilantro
- 1 c parsley
- 1 small onion
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tsp oregano
- ½ c red wine vinegar
- Juice of 1 fresh lime
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- ½ cup cooking oil
- Butter flavor non-stick cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°

To make the chimichurri sauce, combine cilantro, parsley, onion, garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes, vinegar, lime juice, salt and pepper in a food processor. Turn on processor and slowly drizzle in oil until a nice, green pesto-like paste is formed.

Lightly grease baking sheet with cooking spray.
- In a bowl, mix cleaned shrimp with oil, garlic, salt and pepper.

Place layer of shrimp on baking sheet, put sheet in oven and bake about 8 to 10 minutes.

Serve immediately with chimichurri sauce on the side, or spooned over top.
